Lease Plans (Land Registry)

The Land Registration Act, 2002, requires leases for a term of more than 7 years to be registered with Land Registry. The lease must include a compliant plan, which clearly identifies the leasehold demise as well as any rights of access granted by the lease.

Stimpsons Eves are able to provide a measured survey service for the production of Land Registry compliant lease plans, or indeed other requirements, such as existing / proposed floor plans of a property, in connection with an intended planning application.

For more information and to discuss your requirement, please contact Kimberley Gould (who previously worked as a surveyor for one of the leading land surveying firms in the UK) at our Milton Keynes office.
