Upon agreeing your requirements, our Land Department will offer you a comprehensive service to include; searching for available land, negotiating the acquisition, ensuring you receive good advice in respect of planning matters and subsequently re-marketing the completed project, should this be required.

Stimpsons Eves’ Land Department are also experienced in the disposal of land on behalf of Clients, marketing it through our own extensive database and also via both our own website and commercial property portal websites, including Zoopla, Movehut and Property Link.
