Various sized offices to rent, from around 50 square feet, suitable for up to two people, to around 420 square feet, ideal for a larger team of around 10 people. Our rooms are bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. They can be rented as managed offices, meaning they come unfurnished as a blank canvas. This gives you more freedom to make the workspace your own. The fee you pay covers your rent, plus access to our business centre facilities, like the on-site team, communal areas, on-site parking and more. Spaces are available to rent on a flexible licence agreement of 12 months or a longer multi-year lease.
Northampton KG House is located around a mile and a half northwest of the town centre. This makes it an ideal location for businesses looking for workspace just outside the busy town centre, but with good access to and from it. The surrounding area is home to out-of-town shopping, eateries, leisure facilities like gyms, and supermarkets a short drive away. The town centre, with its vast array of shops and restaurants, is a short drive away.
