A former Commercial Real Estate Solicitor practising at regional and national Legal 500 firms and with over 15 years in Commercial Real Estate, Shyam has advised family offices, developers, investors, landlords, and SMEs on complex property and land transactions both in the UK and internationally. He brings a sharp, strategic approach to commercial property and business disposals and acquisitions, investments, and developments. In 2020, he founded Venture Commercial Partners, which successfully merged in 2024 with Stimpsons Eves, where he now leads one of the region's most respected RICS-regulated commercial property consultancies. Outside of business and property, Shyam enjoys spending time with his family, reading, going to the gym and following his beloved Liverpool FC.

Educated in Bedford, Giles qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 while working at Luton Borough Council. He went on to gain extensive experience at Douglas Duff, advising corporate clients nationwide on a wide range of commercial property matters. Giles now is a Consultant in the Professional Department at Stimpsons Eves and specialises in a range of professional work including Red-Book Valuations, Dilapidation Surveys and Lease Renewals. Outside of work, he enjoys family life, restoring classic cars—especially VW campervans—along with skiing and surfing.

With 20+ years in the UK property market, starting as a mortgage broker in 2001, Neil went on to build successful businesses spanning estate agency, lettings, sourcing, and investment. Neil blends development expertise with financial insight. Co-Founder of several successful property-related businesses under Venture Group Holdings and principal at Octagon Financial, he provides clients with full market lending access across residential, buy-to-let, serviced accommodation, bridging, commercial, and development finance. Unlike many brokers, he is also an active investor and developer himself. Specialising in commercial conversions, his portfolio spans HMOs, new builds, micro flats, and joint venture projects with passive investors. Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his family and running marathons!

With 20+ years in the property industry, Bhavin specialises in strategic acquisitions and delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the South-east. As co-founder of several successful property-related businesses under Venture Group Holdings his expertise spans investment, finance, sourcing, and development. Bhavin is passionate about innovation in property, including the use of AI technologies, and currently leads a pioneering over-55s living community project. Outside of work, Bhavin is a family man who enjoys travelling with wife Reshma and their two children, particularly combining cultural exploration with relaxation.

Simon is an Agency professional based in Bedfordshire, with over 20 years of extensive experience in the residential, commercial, rural, and social housing property sectors. He has established a proven track record in residential sales, lettings, lease advisory, and design & build projects, providing clients with clear, strategic guidance and consistently delivering successful outcomes. Simon's expertise lies in building long-term client relationships, managing complex transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of professional service throughout the process. Outside of his professional role, he has a strong interest in historic buildings and is passionate about historical exploration through metal detecting.

Eleanor is a Senior Property Manager with a specialism in Accounts and service charge, meticulously working behind the scenes and focusing on the financial and administrative aspects of property management. With previous experience working for some of the largest corporate commercial property service providers she oversees rent collection and pay overs to clients, credit control, service charge budgeting, reconciliation of year end and expenditures, apportionment costs to re-charge utilities and so forth. In her spare time, Elly loves to travel to her favourite destination Cyprus and take in the sun.

Joanne is a Commercial Property Consultant based in the Bedford office. She has worked in property since 1990, beginning her career in the residential market before moving into the commercial property sector in 1996. Over the years, she has developed strong working relationships with many of the town's landlords and tenants. Born and raised in Bedford, Joanne has extensive knowledge of the town centre, surrounding suburbs, and nearby villages. In her spare time, she enjoys aerobics, music—particularly attending live concerts—football, and spending time with her family.

Tracie has been with Stimpsons Eves at our Newport Pagnell office for over 10 years and provides valuable administrative support within our professional department. Tracie has a strong work ethic and is always willing to help colleagues and clients alike. In her spare time, Tracie enjoys spending time with her grandson. Her hobbies include singing and attending live music events.

With nearly a decade of experience in both commercial and residential property across the three counties, Chloe brings extensive knowledge and a relationship-driven approach to her role as a commercial estate agent in the Milton Keynes area. She prides herself on delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client partnerships, ensuring every transaction is handled with care and professionalism. Away from the office, she enjoys long walks with her dog and spending time with friends and family.

Alisha is a commercial agency specialist based in Bedford, with over 7 years' experience in both residential and commercial property lettings, management, and administration. She currently focuses on sales, lettings, and leases within the commercial sector, bringing a detailed and client-focused approach to every transaction. Throughout her career, Alisha has developed expertise in optimising property operations and maintaining strong client relationships. Outside of work, she is passionate about Bollywood and Bhangra dancing and enjoys travelling as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Sean handles Commercial Agency work for Stimpsons Eves in the Luton office, covering the local area through to North and West London. With years of experience in property, he specialises in commercial sales and lettings across industrial, retail, office, mixed-use and investment sectors, actively expanding the firm's reach across these markets. He works on a broad range of transactions, using his market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure strong results for clients and grow long-term relationships. Outside of work, Sean enjoys travelling and discovering new food places.

With 19 years of experience across the property industry, Richard Evans brings extensive expertise in residential and commercial sales, lettings, and management. Now specialising in commercial property management, he's known for his proactive yet calm approach, helping clients navigate complex portfolios with confidence and ease. Richard has built a strong reputation for delivering effective, reliable solutions and maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, and communication across all aspects of his work. Outside of work, he's a passionate Aston Villa supporter and a newly frustrated—but enthusiastic—golfer.
